Welcome

On behalf of Ballybunion Sea & Cliff Rescue Service we would like to welcome you to our website. Ballybunion Rescue in operation since 1986, serving the communities of North Kerry and West Limerick. We are from the community & we work for the community.

We hope this website will give you an idea of the amount of work that goes into Ballybunion Rescue. We have some great volunteers who give their time freely & unpaid to respond 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year to callouts, train twice a week and fundraise to keep us going.

We are based in Ballybunion but have been tasked to help in nearly every parish from Ballybunion to Newcastle West inland & of course everywhere along the Estuary. Equally while staying within Kerry we are regularly tasked to assist in Tralee and nearby locations.
